We have developed the following tools to assist physicians and respiratory health professionals in diagnoses, prevention and management of COPD.

COPD Action Plan

Instructions for downloading:
To download the Action Plan please click on the link below. This is a tool to facilitate communication between the patient, the physician and the pharmacist.  A set of three copies (6 pages) should be printed on both sides to keep a proper format.  If you have any difficulties, please contact the CTS National Office
